Morning Breath: Free Weekly Breathwork
Roll out of bed and breathe your way into the day with Morning Breath.
Fresh energy, zero judgment, all online.
Find a quiet corner, log in, and put your headphones in. You'll be guided though 20 minutes of breathwork by Katy.
You can be in your pyjamas or whatever is comfy, everyone will be on mute, folks will have their eyes closed and there's absolutely no experience necessary.
It'll be your own small bit of calm before the rush of the morning - whether that's the school run, getting kids ready, or juggling 101 different things.

If you sign up, you’ll receive a zoom link, which you can save as it’ll be the same link each week.
Click to join the call for 7am, and when Katy the facilitator opens the call you’ll be able to to mute your mic, get comfy and listen to her words to guide you through 20 minutes of breathwork.

Nope, this is a very relaxed weekly session. If you think you’d like to attend at some point, please do sign up so you receive the link. There’s no obligation to attend every week - the sessions will be there when you need them.
