We provide developmentally sensitive and creative forms of therapeutic support for children and young people.

Play Therapy

Play Therapy seeks to balance symbolic play and verbal expression through a developmentally appropriate approach. Play Therapy can offer a child the opportunity to express, explore and make sense of their own life experiences.

Sensory Attachment Intervention (SAI)

Sensory Attachment Intervention (SAI) is a therapy approach which focuses upon the relationship between sensory processing and emotional regulation. This therapy approach involves recognising the interplay of the child and their significant adults.

Therapeutic Life Story Work (Richard Rose model)

This innovative and creative 9 month programme aims to support children to explore, question and understand the past events of their lives.

Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP)

DDP is a therapeutic approach that draws upon knowledge of attachment and developmental trauma with the aim of helping children and their families develop more connected and secure relationships.

Paediatric Autism Communication Therapy (PACT)

PACT is a parent/carer-led video feedback intervention for autistic children with social communication and language needs, it is intended for children aged 2–11 with the aim of improving social communication difficulties.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists see beyond diagnoses and limitations to hopes and aspirations. They look at the relationship between daily activities and the challenges faced, with an aim to help people do the things they want and have to do.

School Consultation (SEMH)

Our focus is on the relevance of attachment, the nervous system, becoming trauma informed and understanding behaviour through a relational lens.

Therapeutic Group Work (schools)

Small group work using a person-centred creative approach.

Special Yoga

Special Yoga is practice involving movement, regulating breathwork and mindful relaxation specifically developed for neurodiverse children and those with additional and complex needs.
