Morning Breath

A free weekly online breathwork session
Every Tuesday, 7am-7.20am

We are excited to introduce a new weekly session with Curiosity Project CIC. This is for any one looking for some calm in your day before the demands of the morning begin.

You’ll be guided through 20 minutes of breathwork with Curiosity Project’s Katy.

You can be in your pjs or whatever else is comfy, everyone will be on mute, folks will have their eyes closed, and there’s absolutely no experience necessary.

Yoga

Reconnect Through Yoga

Vinyasa Flow 

Weekly on a Wednesday evening, in South Manchester.

Come and practice the fundamentals of yoga. whether you are new to yoga or want to revisit your core practice then this is the class for you.

We will focus on

  • The importance of the breath  

  • Key postures to create stability and strength 

  • Body alignment

  • Movement and flow
