Play Therapy
Play Therapy seeks to balance symbolic play and verbal expression through a developmentally appropriate approach. Play Therapy can offer a child the opportunity to express, explore and make sense of their own life experiences.

IPT-A
IPT-A is an evidence-based approach to treat depression for teens and young people.
The main goal of IPT-A is to decrease symptoms of depression, increase the young person’s social activity and improve the quality of their relationships and social interactions.
Special Yoga
Special Yoga is a practice involving movement, regulating breathwork and mindful relaxation specifically developed for neurodiverse children and those with additional and complex needs.
Family Approaches
Therapeutic Life Story Work (Richard Rose model)
This innovative and creative 9 month programme aims to support children to explore, question and understand the past events of their lives.
We are able to provide this in person across Greater Manchester.

DDP
DDP is a therapeutic approach that draws upon knowledge of attachment and developmental trauma with the aim of helping children and their families develop more connected and secure relationships.
Filial Therapy
Filial based therapy draws upon the skills and principles of Play Therapy. The therapist works with the parents in order for the parent to become the primary agent of change in the child’s life.
Parent Work
Therapeutic Parenting
Looking through a lens of attachment and developmental trauma, we will work with you to explore nervous system regulation and the sensory system. Therapeutic Parenting aims to facilitate more empathic, connected and regulated relationships within the family system.
Connecting the Dots and Soothing the Sparks
Connecting The Dots and Soothing the Sparks are 10 session programmes incorporating therapeutic parenting and sensory integration approaches.
Soothing the Sparks is for parents of teens and young people, and is informed by Non Violent Resistance (NVR).
PACT
PACT is a parent/carer-led video feedback intervention for autistic children with social communication and language needs, it is intended for children aged 2–11 with the aim of improving social communication difficulties.
